ingredients
- 1 cup dragon fruit frozen smoothie pack
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2-inch piece of ginger, fresh, peeled
- 1 scoop of Youtheory® Collagen powder
- 2/3 cup coconut milk or almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup blueberries and raspberries
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 2 Tbsp goji berries
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
directions
- Place dragon fruit smoothie mix in blender. Add banana, ginger, Youtheory® Collagen powder and milk and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl.
