ingredients
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 scoop Youtheory® Spore Probiotic
- 1 Tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- dash cayenne pepper
directions
- Combine ingredients until smooth and place in fridge for 10 minutes.
